Practicing self-care is a hot topic and a very important one too. Without self-care you are likely to get burned out in your daily life with the stressors that you have to deal with. It is imperative that self-care is embedded in your life in order to take time out for yourself and to take care of your well-being in order to continue to function in a healthy manner.

Self-care is a way of taking care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. Practicing self-care keeps you healthy, resilient and happy as you decrease stress levels and increase your ability to cope and regroup yourself.

Getting enough hours of sleep

Believe it or not, this one is pretty big. Sleeping is a huge factor in being emotionally and physically healthy. It is not uncommon for many people to get less than 8 hours of sleep.
