I currently provide telehealth therapy for adults. This gives you the flexibility of scheduling and attending session in the comfort of your own home. Virtual therapy also gives you more options on finding a licensed therapist anywhere in Texas instead of relying on local services only. The way this works is if you are living in Texas, then you may work with only therapists licensed in Texas. Throughout individual sessions, I aim to help you through life’s challenges that come in your way while you develop and master skills to take with you to use as you go throughout your journey. You may schedule a free consultation to learn more about the services I provide. When we have an appointment set up, I will send you a link for the session that is secure and HIPPA compliant.
The initial evaluation and first session will mainly consist of going over confidentiality and necessary paperwork such as informed consent, intake forms, and gathering background information through an assessment to help identify treatment goals on problem areas you want to work towards. This is a one-time payment of $125 for 75 minute session. After the first session, your following sessions will be $115 onwards.
I understand that there are times that life becomes unpredictable, and you may need to cancel/reschedule a session due to lifes happenings. I do require at least 24 hours of notice of cancelling or rescheduling. If the cancellation or request to reschedule is less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for the entire fee or co-pay if applicable.
All sessions can be paid via Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Zelle. I currently accept Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas HMO and PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar Health.
45 Minute sessions are $100 and 60 Minute sessions are $115
